Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for items that have been opened or used. However, if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and are processed once the issue has been verified. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos of the product, if applicable (for damaged or incorrect items).
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Products that have been opened or used.
- Items purchased on clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
